1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the WolterLog app and website, operated by Raul Iagudaev, Israel ("WolterLog", "we"). By using WolterLog you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
2. What WolterLog is, and isn't
- WolterLog is a tool for recording your income and expenses and their documents, and for producing reports from them.
- It is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and we are not tax advisors or accountants. WolterLog doesn't file reports with the Tax Authority, National Insurance or anyone else. You are responsible for your records and your filings; for advice, consult a licensed tax advisor or accountant.
- WolterLog is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Wolt or any other delivery platform. Platform names are used only to describe the documents the app can read.
3. Smart Scan
Details read from documents by AI can be wrong or incomplete. Check every scanned entry before you save it. Scanning has a daily limit and may sometimes be unavailable.
4. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. Keep your device and your Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens in your WolterLog account. An account is for one person.
5. Your content
Your entries and documents remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only as needed to provide WolterLog to you. Upload only documents you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse WolterLog: for example, don't try to get around usage limits or security measures, overload or disrupt the service, access other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Subscriptions
- Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are bought and billed through Google Play, and the price is shown before you buy.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). The subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow Google Play's policies and the consumer protection law that applies to you. Deleting your WolterLog account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
- If prices change, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
8. Availability and changes
WolterLog is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, for lost data or profits, or for tax assessments, penalties or interest arising from reliance on WolterLog, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using WolterLog and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Be'er Sheva district have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to go to another court.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top and tell you about significant changes in the app or by email. If you keep using WolterLog after a change, the new terms apply.
